This piece was done last week....paint and oil pastel over a poster, nice heavy weight paper with a wonderful earthy coloration to it before paint. A challenge...practice,

Mild weather with snow showers, Mama had a another melt down, and Haiti continues to unearth bodies. Unstable.

Isn't it strange how we all are living different realities here on this planet...tropical nightmare, dangerous cold storms and even private hell..bless us all. I just read that Haiti had another earthquake??!!
I'm glad you got some studio time and making progress...I need a new easel...love to see a photo of your choice!

Hi Mary Ann, ordered it from Utrecht.com.

It's the Utrecht studio H-frame, portable, collapsible, and hopefully sturdy enough, marked best buy and they say I will have it a just a couple of days!
