Change

Just a few days ago, this was my view from the back deck. Magical snow clinging to oh so many surfaces!
Sunday we took the river walk, soft dirt under our feet on the road, river broken and flowing. The building which houses my studio is in the background, with my door beckoning.
Love the way the river reflects its borders and the sky above. Love it when I can see the magic even in Vermont winter.
Breaking away of ice flows which yesterday caused a serious ice jam downriver and flooding occurred. Living with nature still can be a tenuous situation.
Ice beach---wonderful curves--now to make some curves on that new canvas I was just given. We'll touch base again later. Blessings.

This is wild ice and snow...serious business...wearing the right clothes and not being foolish but at the same time taking the time to see the beauty...thanks for these photos...the ones with the ice in the river are remarkable. Enjoy your studio time.

What lovely photos; I especially enjoy the joining of ice and water.

Greetings,

I love looking at your new photographs and to see all the snow and ice. As long as I do not have it in my garden I guess I like it.

It has been years since I have been to the mountains and played with snow.

Oh, snowing again, maybe I won't get to studio today after all. Magical, wondrous, and life rhythm changing.
