The Taste of Time

Iris time.  Doing this on cell phone so I am out of step and now put of time.
Our thyme wintered over inside and now thrives in the fresh air; it flavored the soup and I joked of the taste of time as I lingered over dinner.  I have been designing clothing for the fashion show, 9th annual, this year at State House under the statue of Ceres and called "A Night in Ancient Rome".  I am trying to update the tunica into something divine.  I am losing sleep over the designing, but I did get favorite sewing machine fixed and then discovered that I still had 2 weeks, not one week--ah,  confused with my worry.  The taste of time allows me to make this post.
This wild chiffon jacket probably won't make the runway, but is a break out response to piecing and sewing.

You are busy! I like the designing part and the excitement of the show! Hope you were not affected by latest storm or your garden.

Hi Mary Ann, frost warning tonight: tender plants are covered...would hate to loose them so soon. Yes, busy! I've got the fabrics and the designs...now I need the hours of sewing to carry it all off.
