Earth Forces

Now back to the garden which is crying for my care....such an inspiring place to be also. Seeds to plant, and mulch to bring from the woods, break up, and spread. Want to see how much the leaves on the new elderberries have grown. My farmer father smiles down on me. Joys to you all!

Thanks Mary Ann, yes, feeling inspired. Having a showing makes me excited and creative. All artists need a chance to show. Wish you could come see it all hanging.

A fun piece... so fun that I thought it was a mixed media, not oil! not that oil can't be fun which you have shown us. It can be a tough decision this time of year whether to paint or be outside. I grappled myself with that today and worked on garden clean-up which was still enjoyable even though nothing was planted.

Enjoy your time gardening and keep making your joyful art :-)

Hi Mary Ann, thanks for checking in here. Maybe it is mixed media as I have used oil pastel and oil paint. I'm really happily painting these days because I have a showing coming up April 30 and then another the whole month of May. Nothing like a chance to show to help me make art. But I am enjoying the yard time too!
