I've gone back into rework it, but find the painting doesn't want to change much. perhaps i am glad and surprised to see one with glazes and watercolor aspect after so many paintings thick with wax. Finding texture and surface quality still. Makes me find the question "When is a painting done?" This painting seems to be beg to be seen in this state, so let it be seen. Anyone looking?

Maggie, I am struck by the vivid blue, the delightful, "improbable" shapes. Paintings do have their own wills, and they seem to be most successful when we let them have their say.

Thanks San, and you are wearing a vivid blue in your photo...I appreciate your input. isn't it amazing that paintings have their own wills?

This painting has a fresh vivid feel to it. The red line against all that cool color has a wonderful zip.

I'm looking and liking as well. The blues are beautiful...funny sometimes a piece needs time to rest and then needs attention later. It's a dance!

Thanks Altoon and Mary Ann for stopping in and giving a nod to blue, zip and dance later. good to feel the sharing.
