Was ask to create an ornament for the White House Christmas tree for 2008...the VERMONT ornament, expressing the state and in red, white, and blue. This presented a large challenge to me and was processed by clipping from magazines words or phrases of interest. I used Vermont Life, Time, and 7 Days paper....all words were applied and then tissue was laid over and collaged.
